Is this Open Source software?

The software: Unfortunately it's not. Although i appreciate the open source spirit very much, this is just an application that was meant to show how easy Rails development really is. So just try it yourself! There is some stuff to download though. Please have a look at code.juretta.com.

But...

You might want to have a look at Typo in case you are looking for a Rails powered blog software. More mature and a tad easier to set up are: Wordpress (PHP), Movabletype (Perl) or Magnolia (Java). You might also want to check out: Blogger or Typepad – excellent blog hosting for free – no strings attached!
